The Opposition leaders have been pressing for a debate over the scam in the mining department.
In the House, Independent MLA Manikchand Surana demanded inquiry headed by a sitting High court judge in the case of escape of criminals Anandpal Singh and his two other accomplices in Parbatsar of Nagaur district when they were being taken in a police van from Didwana court to Ajmer jail recently.
